Our Methods

Specialists in nutritional advice

We can provide you with the expert advice your need to lead the moral life that you choose. If you decide to be vegetarian or vegan, make sure that you have the support to do so without it impacting on your long-term health. Our consulting naturopaths can provide you with helpful and detailed information on the foods that you are eating, and any further dietary requirements you may need.

Comprehensive health assessment

A thorough health assessment will identify whether you are maintaining your essential nutrient levels. We may also recommend hair mineral analysis, blood tests and DNA testing as part of a personalised approach to formulating a healthy vegetarian or vegan diet.

Questions

FAQ

Questions about Women’s Health
How long does a consult go for?
Our initial consultations are approximately 1 hour in length and include a thorough case history assessment as well as live blood testing and iris diagnosis so we can best understand the cause of your health concerns and create an effective treatment plan.
Is naturopathic care safe for my baby?
Naturopathic treatment is very helpful for pregnant women and all treatment is tailored to ensure that your baby is not at risk of harm.
How often should I see a naturopath?
It varies depending on the severity of your condition but normally we recommend regular checkups every 2 - 4 weeks while undergoing treatment.
Do you do in-house testing?
Yes, we do. We provide complete functional laboratory testing which gives us a deeper insight into the underlying causes of your health concerns. Results are sent to your naturopath for interpretation, and are used to develop a focussed treatment strategy.
How long does it take to see results?
Normally test results can be provided during the initial consult. Other testing may take 7 days before results can be given.
