Let Us Explain

Our Methods

Experts in women’s health

Our consulting naturopaths are highly experienced in supporting women through all stages of their health journeys. They will work with you to resolve your specific health concerns and develop a whole person program that addresses hormonal imbalances, gut health and mood support.

Comprehensive health assessments

Your health assessment may include recommendations for further testing in order to assess your hormonal levels, neurotransmitter levels, DNA variations, thyroid function or the diversity of your microbiome. Your in-house assessment will encompass a full health analysis, incorporating the results of previous investigations and live blood analysis.

Questions

FAQ

Questions about Women’s Health
How long does a consult go for?
Our initial consultations are approximately 1 hour in length and include a thorough case history assessment as well as live blood testing and iris diagnosis so we can best understand the cause of your health concerns and create an effective treatment plan.
Is naturopathic care safe for my baby?
Naturopathic treatment is very helpful for pregnant women and all treatment is tailored to ensure that your baby is not at risk of harm.
How often should I see a naturopath?
It varies depending on the severity of your condition but normally we recommend regular checkups every 2 - 4 weeks while undergoing treatment.
Do you do in-house testing?
Yes, we do. We provide complete functional laboratory testing which gives us a deeper insight into the underlying causes of your health concerns. Results are sent to your naturopath for interpretation, and are used to develop a focussed treatment strategy.
How long does it take to see results?
Normally test results can be provided during the initial consult. Other testing may take 7 days before results can be given.
